An incredible role at an asset management company for a derivatives lawyer as they undergo growth and significant expansion.Your responsibilities will include:– drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of derivative trading documentation including ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, clearing and collateral agreements;– leading on regulatory change projects, advising on EMIR regulatory reporting agreements and governance requirements;– working closely with the broader team including compliance and corporate legal function, as well as stakeholders n the asset management function including treasury and the front office;– working on high-profile strategic projects.This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and energetic environment, within a highly collaborative and inclusive organisation that prides itself in supporting its employees’ development and ambitions.Qualified lawyers from all jurisdictions with the relevant derivatives/trading documentation background will be considered for the role, including those that may require sponsorship.Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
