A prestação de serviços que se pretende contratar insere-se no PROSPERITY, o Programa do PNUD para Crescimento Económico Inclusivo, mais concretamente no âmbito da promoção de um ambiente propício ao negócio, desenvolvimento de um ecossistema empreendedor e desenvolvimento de competências profissionalizantes. O público-alvo é a juventude considerada até aos 35 anos.

O PROSPERITY está alinhado com o Resultado 3 do Programa País do PNUD 2023-2027 e com a Componente 3 do Quadro de Cooperação das Nações Unidas para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável 2023-2027.
