Mission and objectives

The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme is administered by UNDP and follows all UNDP rules and regulations. UNV is the UN system common service that promotes volunteerism to support peace and development worldwide. Volunteerism can transform the pace and nature of development and it benefits both society at large and the individual volunteer. UNV contributes to peace and development by advocating for volunteerism globally, encouraging partners to integrate volunteerism into development programming, and mobilizing volunteers.

Context

The template for the biographies will be used when preparing future country missions.

Task description

We are looking for an Online Volunteer with knowledge in graphic design that can help design an easy-to-use template for biographies that will be part of SOP for country missions.
In summary, the Online Volunteer will be asked to:
– Come up with a consistent template to present meeting counterparts.
– Design an easy-to-use template, that includes a photo, name, title, and organization of the person the organization is meeting with. Please also include in the template a space for brief biography information.
– Layout should follow our corporate design guidelines which will be shared with the Online Volunteers in advance
