This Request for Proposal is for the SERVICES for Part A. ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING DESIGN and Part B. SUPERVISION of CONSTRUCTION WORKS of the following 3 sites:
Lot 1 – Quelimane Outbreak Research Center and Public Health Laboratory, Zambézia Province
Lot 2 – Pemba Outbreak Research Center and Public Health Laboratory, Cabo Delgado Province
Lot 3 – Marracuene National Health Institute – Bioinformatic Center, warehouse & small repairs, Maputo Province
as further detailed in the Terms of Reference (separate per Lot) attached to this RfP.
Suppliers which have experience in developing engineering design and undertaking supervision of works in Mozambique are invited to submit their proposals for the Lot they are interested with. Requirements and evaluation criteria (separate per Lot) are presented in the RfP document and attachments to this RfP.
Site inspection is strongly recommended for Lot 1 Quelimane, Zambézia Province. A group site inspection will be held on 12 July, 09:00 local time.
Location: The proposed site is located along the N10 road (South bank) that connects the city of Quelimane in the district of Nicoadala, in the village of Munhombone, Locality of Namacata, district of Nicoadala, about 10 km from the city of Quelimane, under the coordinates -17.812735 and 36.910920. There is a primary school, a mosque and a mill nearby.

Bidders shall notify the focal point at least 1 days in advance as to whether or not they intend to participate in the site inspection and the details of their representatives who will attend.
