DescriptionWe are looking for a Despatch Manager for our client in Middlesborough.Duties:

• Guiding a team when off-loading completed goods from the production lines.
• Supervise the flow of items through the dispatch area and ensure timely and accurate picking of customer orders in line with the transport team.
• Ensuring any errors are addressed.
• Coordinating with the production team to ensure timely packing of production volume
• To uphold workplace health and safety standards, as well as cleanliness and security protocols
• It is crucial to strictly follow GMP (good manufacturing practices) and housekeeping principles (clean as you go).

You will:

• You will have previous experience in goods out/dispatch
• Previous experience in a similar role within FMCG would enhance your application
• Good knowledge of Excel and other PC skills
• Proven track record working with picking of orders would be an advantage

Expected salary

£36000 per year
