The objective of this assignment is to develop a comprehensive set of operational manuals and funding guidelines for the establishment and launch of the Rwanda Green Fund’s new Biodiversity Facility, which aims to provide financial and technical support for biodiversity conservation projects in Rwanda. These documents will be crucial for attracting investors, guiding project selection, and ensuring the smooth operation of the facility, ultimately contributing to the preservation and enhancement of Rwanda’s rich biodiversity.”
