The OSCE Mission to Skopje, under the Fundamental Rights and Social Cohesion cluster, in cooperation with the Commission for Prevention and Protection from Discrimination (CPPD) and the Ombudsperson Institution (OI), seeks to commission targeted and comprehensive analyses that investigates:

Both analyses seek to generate detailed, evidence-based knowledge on the legal and practical gaps, underlying causes, and possible way forward, in order to support the development of targeted policy, amendment to the existing legislation that governs both, OI and CPPD functioning, and concrete measures.
