DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF A PUBLIC SERVICE LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
The UNDP requires the services of a SAQA accredited education institution to develop and deliver this targeted public sector program. The company or institution contracted is expected to deliver in class training and personalised coaching, mentoring and leadership development programme, in line with the priorities of the national framework on professionalisation of the public service. 35 candidates will be selected by the DPSA. The following are the key priority areas that the program should cover:
• Leadership and organisational development (including managing change and transformation)
• People management
• Service delivery management
• Values, ethics, professionalism
