Introduction : UNDP in Viet Nam is looking for a qualified national information and technology firm for the development and experimentation and transfer of an AI-powered Digital Tool for enhancing citizen access to public services in Viet Nam.

Overall objective:

– To develop and experiment an AI-powered digital tool for enhancing citizen access to public services in Viet Nam to enhance citizens’ accessibility to and competence in using national and provincial electronic administrative services (e-services).

Specific objectives:

– To develop, test and transfer an AI-powered digital tool for enhancing citizen access to public services in Viet Nam, adopting cutting-edge AI, lean technology, User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX), and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) solutions. The tool needs to be responsive to the needs of every citizen, in particular the persons with disabilities, ethnic minorities, and the elderly, and can be used both on web-based and mobile-based interfaces.

– To provide technical advice for at least two provinces that agree to incorporate the developed AI-powered digital tool for users in their provinces.
