The Development Associate is a full-time, exempt, non-supervisory role supporting Sustainable Northwest’s fundraising and development work. This fast-paced role requires an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion and talent for nonprofit fundraising, effective administrative and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This role will work directly with the President and be provided with custom support and guidance from professional development consultants.
