The Development Director (Land Manager) will head the scouting and acquisition of land for affordable homes construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and communication skills to work with various stakeholders in Sheffield.

  • Identify, evaluate and secure profitable land opportunities for rresidential construction.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with landowners, brokers, and developers.
  • Work closely with the construction department to ensure project feasibility.
  • Lead project presentations to the company’s senior leadership.
  • Maintain a strong network within the industry to stay informed of potential land opportunities.
  • Work in line with company policies and construction regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimise the construction process.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports.
