Development Manager

New Jersey Conservation Foundation is seeking a full-time staff
member to join our Development team. The successful candidate will
manage our donor database (CRM), produce appeal campaigns and write
grant proposals to foundations and corporations. The individual
will be a key member of the Development team and work closely with
the Director of Development & Major Gifts and the development
staff. The candidate will also liaise with our Engagement &
Communications team to ensure development and donor focused
messaging is included where appropriate, manage our planned giving
program and budget planning and expense tracking for mailings and
other printed collateral.

 We are seeking candidates with excellent communication,
interpersonal, and organizational skills; strong attention to
detail; the ability to multitask, work well as a team member and be
self-directed and flexible. Proficiency with Donor Database CRM
(Salsa preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and related
software a must. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ year’s experience in a
fundraising and development role preferred.

 The salary range for this position is $55,000 – $62,000.
