Introduction
The overall objective of the Kyiv Student Hub project is to significantly improve and expand Kyiv’s existing digital education platform into a smart, inclusive, and emotionally responsive system that supports the personal, academic, and psychological development of every learner. The transformed platform will ensure that digital infrastructure not only continues to deliver education during emergencies, but also evolves into a long-term, future-ready model of equitable and adaptive learning for all students. The contractor will be responsible for executing all activities necessary to design, create prototypes, recruit users, conduct user testing, gather user feedback and iterate, build, and implement the Kyiv Student Hub platform. Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements.
