Introduction :

IEC and UNDP have developed the basic architecture for the application and require the services of an Information and Technology company to further enhance a user-friendly version that incorporates the below requirements.  

• The architecture will be further developed using a mobile application development software that will allow the application to be accessible on Android and Apple platforms.
• The finalized application will be linked to the current existing IEC Online Observer Accreditation Application System via an API (Application Programing Interface). This is for the purpose of retrieving the list of all the registered organizations together with their observers registered to part take in the election.
• The application should be developed in a manner that it can be used in any other country that will require to go the online and real-time data reporting route.

The application must be developed to operate in an online and offline mode.
