We are looking for an expert Digital and Channel Marketing Manager responsible for the digital marketing strategy of Baxter HST segment in Western Europe. This role will also be responsible for development and execution of the calendar of marketing activities supporting our distribution and channel partners across Western Europe. This role is within a highly collaborative team, working alongside our team of regional marketing professionals that are leading the way in bringing our expertise to customers. This role would suit a marketing communications professional with strong digital marketing pedigree and experience of building organizational capabilities in this area
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Build the digital content and campaign strategy for HST segment in Western Europe
Handle the HST WEU web content
Maximize the use of the Seismic sales enablement platform.
Creation of campaign and content calendar for execution with strategic channel partners
Ensure existing growth categories and new launches are supported with digital content packages for use across the region
Use segmentation and persona data to create tailored persona campaigns across digital channels
Build the digital customer journey with content built for each phase
Identify and implement lead generation campaigns or both direct sales organization and strategic channel partners
Regular interaction and collaboration with local and national team/peer group to continually drive a culture of teamwork, support and sharing standard methodology.
Flexible agile approach to thrive in a constantly evolving external environment, as well as adapting to evolving internal business priorities.
The use of CRM system to support planning and analysis.
Education and/or Experience:
Degree level qualification or equivalent / or relevant marketing background
Strong sales experience in an ICU setting or the healthcare sector.
Ability to demonstrate high level of knowledge in digital and channel marketing
