About the Role

The Digital Content Creator is part of our vibrant Marketing and Communications team, and you will be developing engaging written, visual and video social media content. Responsible for managing the social media channels day to day, your content creation experience will directly support Camp Quality’s brand, revenue, and marketing activities.

Experience and Knowledge

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a social media/digital marketing role.
  • Experience producing engaging, channel specific (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter), multimedia content (Video, images etc.) to captivate and connect with our audiences effectively.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Premiere) as well as in – app, and knowledge of using platforms such as Sprout, Asana, Dropbox, Vimeo, and YouTube.
  • Experience autonomously setting up, monitoring, and optimising paid social media campaigns from conception to execution.
  • Experience identifying social media influencers for campaigns,managing their content and reporting metrics.
  • Proven experience building and nurturing online communities, including addressing inquiries and fostering engagement on social media management platforms such as Sprout.
  • A strong understanding of social media strategy and trends.
  • Experience building social media event pages and coordinating social media coverage for events and live activations.
  • Experience monitoring and reporting on media issues on social media and preparing responsive messaging.

Desired

  • Experience creating content with children.
  • Experience assisting with photo and video shoots and preparing content briefs.

Qualifications and Training

  • Degree in digital marketing, marketing and communications, or a related discipline.

Other requirements for this role

  • High level written communication skills and understanding of brand writing in brand voice.
  • Ability to tell compelling stories through multimedia content to engage and resonate with our audiences.
  • The ability to communicate effectively internally and externally; ensuring communication with Camp Quality families is timely and approached in a supportive and empathetic manner.
  • Willingness to use initiative and be a proactive, collaborative team member.
  • Highly organised, and adaptable, able to prioritise, meet tight deadlines and coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Some out of hours work may be required.
  • Current Working with Children Check and current driver’s license.
