Introduction : The UN organizations in Bonn are housed in several buildings on the UN campus. These include the so-called “Lange Eugen”, the “Altes Abgeordnetenhochhaus” and the “Climate Tower” at Platz der Vereinten Nationen 1. Within the next couple of years more buildings will be added with additional common areas and common conference facilities. The presently occupied UN Bonn common conference rooms are fully equipped with high standard audio/ video equipment. Due to the increasing number of conferences, meetings, and special common rooms, as well as the increased communication needs overall, the Common Services Unit (CSU) is looking for digital steles and a user-friendly CMS to be able to present bookings, conference-related services, UN Bonn information and services transparently and efficiently. CSU is looking for a provider of digital signage and CMS, which allows fast and efficient digital outreach. The intention is to conclude a Long-term Agreement initially a one-year contract renewable up to a maximum total of three years.
