Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Digital Content Producer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As the Digital Content Producer, you will play a crucial role in building a strong and effective web and online presence to support brand and business outcomes. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for producing high-quality digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce engaging and high-quality digital content in collaboration with the Digital team, Brand team, and Stakeholders.
- Build and optimise web pages using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) as per the digital roadmap.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth project execution.
- Deliver projects and content within defined deadlines.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and other teams to deliver the web roll-out project on time.
- Provide guidance on best content practices and techniques to develop rich and engaging content.
- Ensure the digital experience conforms to Uniting standards, business requirements, and program objectives/goals.
- Actively promote safe work practices and contribute to a supportive working environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2 or more years of experience in digital content production or a related field.
- Excellent digital writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong familiarity with multiple CMS platforms, notably Adobe Experience Manager.
- Knowledge of UX principles, design, and Information Architecture.
- Experience with SEO best practices for content writing.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a quick learner.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
