A bit about… the role, us, and you!
The Digital Experience & Content Producer is a member of the Digital Fundraising Team, and works with the broader Fundraising Team to create and execute engaging supporter-centric digital experiences, in-line with the goals of various acquisition and retention initiatives; such as Appeals, Regular Giving, Peer-to-Peer (P2P), STEPtember, Events, and Planned Giving.
The role is perfect for someone who is a values-based creative that can plan and deliver a full-suite of content pieces telling the stories of people with lived experiences. Including, but not limited to, interviewing, filming, producing a variety of content pieces and implementing them across multiple digital channels such as website, email, SMS, app push notifications, social media, search, etc.

Some of things you’d be working on:
- Implementing, tracking and optimising the Fundraising Digital Experiences Strategy across multiple digital platforms;
- Writing copy across a diverse range of subjects, writing styles and audiences;
- Working across the wider fundraising team on the development of campaign-purpose online content and digital experiences;
- Evaluating and analysing the performance of web, email, SEO, Google products, paid and organic social media, SMS, messaging apps, digital content assets and other digital channels’ engagement and response levels, and identifying opportunities to influence and improve future digital fundraising campaigns.
In your toolkit:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing;
- Proficient in implementing written and visual content across Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Email and SMS platforms;
- Driven by Innovation, Data and Digital Analytics in your creative development, and able to delight audiences with personalisation, segmentation, helpfulness, donor-centricity, and automation;
- Ability to report with meaningful insights from data on content performance, and communicate them to colleagues, managers and senior teams;
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills, good reporting on progress and challenges, able to follow guidance and produce deliverables for a campaign’s Communications Journey Map (CJM)
- Peer-2-Peer Fundraising platforms experience (desirable);
- Experience with segmentation and automation build from the CRM point to email, SMS and other digital channels (desirable).
