Overview: We’re looking for a Digital Forensics Analyst to investigate cyber incidents, collect digital evidence, and analyze digital devices for forensic purposes. You’ll be responsible for conducting forensic examinations, documenting findings, and providing expert testimony in legal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct digital forensic investigations in response to cyber incidents, data breaches, and security breaches.
Collect and analyze digital evidence from computers, mobile devices, and other digital storage media.
Document forensic findings and prepare detailed reports for use in legal proceedings.
Provide expert testimony in court proceedings as needed.
Stay updated with advancements in digital forensics tools, techniques, and methodologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Forensics, Digital Forensics, or related field.
Experience in digital forensics or incident response roles.
Proficiency in digital forensics tools such as EnCase, FTK, or X-Ways Forensics.
Knowledge of forensic analysis techniques for different types of digital evidence.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
