Impact of the opportunity

The Digital Fundraising Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the strategy, creative development, production, and evaluation of all digital campaigns across multiple fundraising channels. This role focuses on promoting Cure Brain Cancer Foundation’s (CBCF’s) mission, programs, and initiatives to raise awareness, engage supporters, and drive donations across multiple platforms.

Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, you will be supported to lead digital marketing campaigns and initiatives to support all fundraising activity and to meet fundraising targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans, with a focus on generating outcomes for all fundraising campaigns, appeals and events
  • Implement a digital strategy that supports the strategic objectives relevant to the target audience of each fundraising campaign
  • Develop compelling and impactful fundraising content across all digital channels
  • Communicate and report on campaign outcomes, tracking leads and conversions while keeping track of the allocated budget
  • Innovate, and come up with new ideas across multiple marketing channels to reach outlined fundraising targets
  • Manage and maintain all social media and website content focused on fundraising programs and campaigns
  • Manage the design and production of collateral, liaising with external stakeholders to meet allocated timelines
  • Develop and implement clear and timely processes, while project managing, tracking, and reporting on campaign analytics
  • Work closely with the wider team to promote a culture of collaboration and to meet established goals

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated success leading the strategic development, preparation and implementation of successful digital marketing campaigns and initiatives that directly impact fundraising outcomes across multiple fundraising streams
  • An innovative mindset, with the commitment to apply creative thinking and ownership to meet fundraising targets and generate positive results across acquisition, retention and growth objectives
  • The ability to make data-driven decisions that significantly influence and impact fundraising and engagement outcomes
  • Excellent project management, time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Successful track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously, proven problem solving and decision-making abilities and outstanding organisational abilities
  • Excellent verbal communication and sound writing and editing skills with an eye for detail
  • A strong understanding of SEO and marketing analytics across a variety of digitally focused campaigns and content
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communication, a related discipline, or commensurate experience is desired
