Digital Impact Specialist

Overview

The Digital Impact Specialist works on Entremission’s core communications programs and provides services to support client initiatives.

For Entremission, the specialist may contribute to testing or support activities for Entremission products currently in development (Applications, CRM, Impact, Library).

The specialist also works on a variety of projects that help develop impact, communications, and leadership skills amongst Entremission’s clients. They will contribute to projects focused specifically on freshwater restoration and ocean conservation and have opportunities to engage with staff at our client organizations.

These client projects consist primarily of impact measurement activities. Some media list and mailing list analysis, outreach, analytics, and communications planningopportunities may also arise.

The specialist reports directly to the CEO.

This role can be performed remotely, at our office, or hybrid. Clients and client-programs will be based in communities across Canada.

Compensation

Compensation is $30-$40 per hour depending on experience. This is a remote position for candidates based anywhere in Canada. Candidates are welcome to set their own schedule, as long as deadlines are being met.

For transparency, one or more of the following count as experience when determining the hourly rate:

– one or more years experience managing email campaigns on platforms such as Mailchimp; and/or
– French-language fluency; and/or
– one or more years of experience managing a CRM/ database for a public interest project or organization.
