Job Overview

Kivuhub is seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Manager Intern to support our content creation and website management efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital content, WordPress, and a passion for creating engaging online experiences. she/he will be reporting to the head of ICT

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing high-quality digital content, including articles, blog posts, and social media content.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the content calendar.
• Maintain and update Kivuhub ’s WordPress website, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
• Optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
• Assist in managing Kivuhub ’s social media channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on various digital projects.
• Stay up-to-date with digital trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (eg, marketing, communications, digital media, ICT).
• Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation.
• Basic understanding of WordPress and content management systems.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer skills.
