Digital Marketing Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Consultant to join our Group Digital team who sit within our wider Marketing and Digital Division. Working within an existing team of three, this is a new role where the focus will be on optimising the NFU Mutual website to support the growth of key areas of the business, including Commercial, High Net Worth and our investment offerings.
You will be responsible for the management of content changes made through the content management system, ensuring they follow user experience best practice and are regulatorily compliant. In collaboration with our web development partners you will shape the development of new journeys, releasing new functionality to the website as part of the website enhancement roadmap.
You will work together with Marketing Campaigns colleagues to lead and shape the creation of website assets in support of campaigns aimed at meeting our target customers’ needs and maximising lead generation through the website. You will work closely with teams within Group Digital, including Digital Insights and Analytics team to gain access to key data to help shape campaigns, optimise web journeys and refine the website enhancement roadmap. You will also work with teams from across the wider business, such as Underwriting, Sales and Proposition teams to ensure alignment with NFU Mutual’s risk appetite and the maximisation of business performance.
This is an exciting opportunity to join NFU Mutual on our digital transformation journey focusing on how we sell and market our products and enabling our customers to manage their products online. This role will shape and drive forward our digital offering across these areas.
About you
You have proven experience within a similar digital marketing role, have experience of maintaining Content Management Systems and using Google Analytics data to track and interpret website performance. You will be a strong problem solver and a confident communicator with the ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders from across different business areas in your ideas, manage the delivery of campaigns end-to-end and optimise website customer journeys. You will also have experience of working with data, being able to analyse previous campaigns and customer journeys to inform future optimisation.
