As a Digital Marketing Coordinator you will: 

  • Manage the design, delivery, optimisation and reporting of digital marketing initiatives such as multi-channel advertising campaigns
  • Oversee the development of supporting assets  
  • Work with and regularly consult key stakeholders the faculty of Science, Engineering and Built Environment (SEBE) in order to collaboratively build the faculty’s vision  

In a typical week, you will: 

  • Analyse and optimise campaigns in platform, including ongoing campaign adjustment of budgets in Google Ads Manager as well as monthly campaign budget accruals and rollovers.  
  • Oversee asset production and media activation across digital channels such as Meta, GDN, YouTube and Adobe, as well as copying writing, creating assets and building ads in platform as required. This involves media buying and liaising with external media agencies.  
  • Oversee the production and revision of promotional course materials such as flyers and videos.  
  • Be agile and skilled at working and communicating effectively with multiple teams, across a large marketing division. 

To be successful, you’ll have:  

  • Experience leading people as this role has 2 direct reports 
  • A Degree with at least 4 years subsequent relevant experience; or  
  • Extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or  
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training in digital marketing  
  • Knowledge of the digital media landscape and content requirements for each media channel  
  • Experience in the implementation of integrated campaign strategies across key digital marketing channels, optimising and analysing performance and reporting campaign effectiveness  
  • Experience developing creative assets across above the line (ATL) digital and social marketing channels  
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign or Photoshop  
  • Knowledge of the development of digital advertising campaigns using platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager or Sizmek  
  • Knowledge of project management processes for the production of photo and video assets and/or video editing capabilities.
