Hybrid workingWhat we’re looking forWe’re seeking a Marketing Executive to be a vital part of our fantastic marketing team. You’ll collaborate with a talented graphic designer, another Marketing Executive, and report to our Marketing Manager. Our purpose is to make business insurance and tax compliance easy to understand and to provide peace of mind to contractors and freelancers. Founded in 1988 as a small tax consultancy, today Qdos offers a range of products and services tailored to the needs of self-employed individuals and small businesses, including IR35 insurance, professional indemnity insurance, and public liability insurance.Job purposeBeing the champion for digital marketing activity, planning, creating and executing campaigns. Maintaining current relationships and seeking new opportunities to grow the business in line with objectives.Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Analyse market trends and competitors and develop social plans based on this insight.
• Create engaging content for various marketing channels.
• Responsible for social media, planning, creating and executing plans to support business objectives
• Monitor and report on marketing metrics such as impressions and engagement.
• Update the website as and when required to support with marketing campaigns and wider company needs.
• Work closely with the eCommerce team on projects and campaigns to support new business growth

Skills and experience we’re looking for:Essential

• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and performance metrics.

• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
• Experience with pardot software or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
