Therefore, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a focus on Customer Experience (CX) to join our team to deliver a seamless marketing strategy through our digital channels whilst managing customer journeys through our digital landscape.

The Digital Marketing Executive (cx) is responsible for managing digital marketing activities in support of overall marketing strategy, with a focus on, Mobile App, Web (including bookings), and CRM automated emails to drive commercial success.

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and a variety of teams to make sure the marketing campaign plans are delivered through our digital channels, as well as reporting on performance and understanding future development.

We are on an exciting transformation journey with our Mobile App and alongside the Digital Marketing Manager you will take ownership of marketing via the Mobile App platform. Ensuring that all marketing opportunities to influence within the platform are fully integrated. As well as working with the product owners on the vision and strategy for the Mobile App

Reporting on the channel metrics of the Mobile App to the Marketing Managers and wider business where necessary.

You will act as liaison between Greene King Pubs marketing team, cross-functional teams (primarily App, Bookings, Web, CRM and SEO) and key stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.

Job Description

The role will be varied and may change with the requirements of a fast moving and growing Managed business.

  • Working alongside the Digital Marketing Manager in planning, briefing and implementation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Greene King Pubs brand formats to improve customer journey and experience.
  • To be successful in this role, you will have an understanding of managing, analysing and optimising digital marketing (with a clear understanding of cx) through a variety of marketing channels.
  • You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to think creatively.
  • Monitor and analyse website analytics and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions. Have an understanding of managing, analysing and optimising digital customer journeys through a variety of marketing channels.
  • Ability to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • You will also need to have a keen understanding of how customer experience (in a digital capacity) can impact business performance and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll bring…

  • Proven Experience in digital marketing, including all or some of the following web, CRM, SEO, in house Mobile App, Digital Booking platforms.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Monday.com, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Power Bi.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Be able to identify opportunities for improvement across all digital marketing channels.
  • Good communication and presenting skills with the ability to engage the business.
  • Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships with internal and external teams.
  • Prioritising skills and the ability to manage time to meet timelines.
  • Passion about creating great customer experiences and journies.
  • Self-motivation, with excellent planning skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to continually learn and develop new skills.
  • A good knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies
  • Strong decision-making skills based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of best practices in digital products (e.g.Apps, websites etc)
  • Digital marketing experience
  • BA/BS degree in, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or equivalent practical experience
  • Understanding of Google Analytics is desirable
