About the role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Digital Fundraising Marketing Manager who is passionate about ending factory farming and possesses a proven track record in successful digital marketing strategies. This role is responsible for planning and managing a comprehensive digital fundraising portfolio, including advertising, eCommerce, and community initiatives, to meet ambitious income targets and contribute significantly to ending factory farming.

Reporting to the Head of UK Fundraising, we are looking for a talented digital marketer to work with the UK Fundraising team and lead the digital fundraising programme. The purpose of this role is to help end factory farming by managing and marketing a diverse portfolio of digital products, aiming to achieve ambitious lead generation, acquisition, and retention income growth targets that will fund Compassion’s vital work.

About you

To succeed in this role, your passion for digital marketing and communications must align with your ability to work independently in a dynamic, small expert team dedicated to global impact. You should possess proven experience in delivering top-tier digital fundraising and/or marketing programs, showcasing an entrepreneurial, innovative, and creative approach. Exceptional communication skills are vital, as you navigate various digital channels for supporter engagement, acquisition, and retention, encompassing social media, email, web, eCommerce, and more.

A focus of this role will be managing a diverse digital fundraising portfolio, utilising hands-on experience with production, service providers, and platforms. You will have the capacity to analyse and report on digital metrics, optimise KPIs, and achieve income targets. Collaboration with stakeholders is crucial as you support digital marketing planning and communication delivery. Your storytelling ability, attention to detail, and expertise in affiliate, content marketing, SEO, and keyword search will drive compelling, engaging, and action-oriented digital communications.
