In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising online advertising strategies for our portfolio of travel brands across multiple channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in paid digital marketing, analytical skills, and a passion for performance-based advertising.Location – Glasgow City CentreSalary – CompetitiveKey ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising Campaigns: Lead the development, execution, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.Strategy Development: Work with brand teams and senior management to design and implement strategies to meet business goals, including increasing website traffic, generating leads, and boosting sales.Budget Management: Manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring optimal spend across channels to maximise ROI.Performance Monitoring: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and continuously optimise for better results.Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to ensure campaigns are highly targeted and relevant.Creative & Ad Copy Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and calls to action that resonate with target audiences.A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to identify the most effective ads, landing pages, and campaign elements.SEO & SEM Alignment: Work closely with the SEO team to ensure paid and organic strategies complement each other for overall search engine performance.Reporting & Insights: Provide regular performance reports to management, highlighting campaign performance, areas of improvement, and recommendations for scaling.RequirementsEducation: Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) managing digital advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads), as well as Google Analytics and other analytics tools.Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, make decisions, and optimise campaigns based on performance insights.Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop creative ad strategies that align with business goals and connect with target audiences.Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills to share insights, campaign progress, and strategies with stakeholders.Project Management: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.Adaptability: Ability to stay current with the latest trends in digital advertising and adjust strategies as needed.Preferred QualificationsCertifications: Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are highly desirable.Experience with Programmatic Advertising: Familiarity with programmatic ad platforms is a plus.Creative Tools: Basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is desirable.How to ApplyTo apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and qualifications
