London (hybrid)We’re working with a values-led, high-performing Investments business undergoing an exciting phase of digital transformation. With nearly £1bn AUM and a recent B Corp certification, they combine commercial success with a clear social purpose.They’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support them through the next stage of their growth.The Digital Marketing Manager will:

• Manage content and performance across 6 main websites.
• Lead the design and execution of CRM and email marketing campaigns (using Dynamics 365). You will improve segmentation, testing and automation across email campaigns and have a test & learn approach.
• Develop and optimise lead generation workflows.
• Improve segmentation, testing, and automation across email campaigns.

Required skills and experience:

• Solid experience in website management and email marketing.
• Experience managing CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
• Data-driven approach, confident using dashboards and analytics to inform decisions.
• Experience working in a regulated industry, ideally Financial Services.

Expected salary

£65000 per year
