Major Players have partnered with a luxury, start-up fashion brand who are looking for an entrepreneurial marketeer to grow their brand on a global scale.Reporting into the Head of Digital, this role will focus on growing and personalising the CRM strategy, with a view to exploring relevant digital channels in the future.This is an executional and strategic role based in the London office 5 days a week. Please only apply if you can commute to London 5 days a week.Responsibilities
- Build and drive a comprehensive CRM strategy, ensuring alignment across all relevant departments
- Analyse and report on customer engagement within the subscriber base, sharing insights and identifying key actions
- Segmentation planning, ‘test and learn’ approach and A/B testing, using both data analysis and internal business insight
- Working with the Head of Digital to launch new marketing channels including paid social and SEO
- Stay ahead of competitor marketing activities and innovations in customer relationship and digital communications
- Analyse marketing campaign and reporting back, utilising data analytics tools
- Monitor and report on market trends and customer feedback to provide recommendations for product positioning and marketing strategies
Skills & Experience:
- Strong CRM experience: ideally HubSpot or similar (e.g. Salesforce, Klaviyo)
- Google analytics and/or BI platforms like Tableau
- Keen interest in working with luxury fashion on a global scale
- Ideally experience in a start-up environment with a small marketing team
- Able to commute into the office 5 days a week
Expected salary
£60000 – 65000 per year
