The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising our digital marketing campaigns / programs across various channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive website traffic.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media and paid advertising marketing strategies: Plan, execute, and optimise paid social, Google Ad, and other paid digital ad campaigns to reach a wider audience and achieve specific goals.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance: Utilise analytics tools to measure and report on the success of digital marketing campaigns. Also use this information to update and change programs as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with the product marketing, field / channel marketing, people team, and design teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Create engaging content: Craft compelling copy, visuals, and videos that resonate with our target audience across various social platforms.
  • Manage social media communities: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Foster a positive and engaging online community.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends: Research and implement new features, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with 6sense, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, Marketo and HubSpot.
  • Experience with Canva
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.

during RSA ConferenceDue to the nature of our work, we may require our staff to pass a UK Security Clearance check. As such, any offer would also depend on your ability to adhere to the UK Security check criteria.
