IUPUI INFORMATICS (IN-INFO-IUINA)
As the first school of its kind in the United States, the IU Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering is an innovator in a fast-paced and dynamic field. Our school on the IU Indianapolis campus integrates computing, social science, and information systems design in unique ways. The Digital Media Specialist records and edits videos created by the school for recruiting, distance education, and other communications needs, including the school’s website. Supervises hourly student and non-student staff in the equipment check-out program and oversee school’s audio and video equipment inventory. Provides end-user support and training in the use of multimedia and instructional technology utilized in connection with teaching, student projects and sponsored events.

This position requires the ability to communicate effectively and to operate computers and other related technical equipment. The role is required to maintain and interact with computers and frequently move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation.
This position works daily with computer workstations, laptops and mobile devices, as well as a wide array of digital video cameras and associated audio and video components.

$42,000 – $50,000 annually
