Digital Product Analyst

The Digital Product team are responsible for designing and delivering leading digital customer experiences for all easyJet holidays customer groups interacting with our websites.
We have created 3 new roles of Digital Product Analyst, each reporting into a Digital Product Owner; each role will separately focus on different area of the easyJet holidays website;
Post-booking
European Markets
B2B Portal (our Trade Portal)
In this role you will work to support the Digital Product Owner and their scrum team on delivering market leading digital experiences, and with teams across the business to support with requirement gathering and the delivery of features as set by the Digital Product Owner.
You’ll take part in product team ceremonies including; daily stand ups, project sizing and estimations, sprint planning, conditioning, playback, demos and retrospectives, and you’ll work with Business Analysts, Technical leads and the UX team to drive the low level detailed requirements capture to shape clear and concise requirements.
You’ll support the delivery of features as per the product roadmap set by the Digital Product Owner and be an advocate of the agile principles and ways of working within easyJet holidays and our agency partners. You’ll feed into and support the maintenance of the pipeline of development priorities and learning how to analyse customer insight, analytics, usability/MVT results, and best practice knowledge to recommend, shape and deliver digital improvements, sometimes working with UX consultants or agencies.
This is an exciting opportunity where you’ll work hand in hand with your Digital Product Owner, learning to manage stakeholders and translate requirements into market leading online experiences, driving digital enhancements for easyJet holidays customers.
What you’ll bring to the team:
First and foremost, you’ll need to have experience of working in a digital team, ideally in an agile framework, having worked on a website or app previously.
You’ll have a passion for customer experience and an understanding of customer interaction and / or UX design as well as;
Being a self-starter. Taking initiative and not being afraid to test and learn.
Some experience or a desire to motivate and inspire a team – this could be inside or outside work! We want to support our development teams to meet expectations to deliver customer and business value
Basic understanding of how to measure value or performance.
The ability to work in a fast paced environment and be comfortable with changing requirements.
Proactive and able to work with cross functionally.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model.
