• Collaborate with diverse teams to design and implement cutting-edge technology solutions for Defence and Security clients.
• Contribute to an inclusive team culture where your skills and contributions are recognized and valued.

Required Skills and Experience:Essential:Proven experience in the Defence & Security sector.Adaptable and innovative mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and experimentation.Expertise in one of the following disciplines:Software Engineering:

• Proficient in writing production-ready code for Frontend (React, Vue.js) and/or Backend APIs/services (Springboot, Kotlin).
• Understanding of architecture patterns (e.g., DDD, Microservices) and tools such as Docker, Git, and OWASP.

Agile Business Analysis:

• Skilled in gathering user stories and technical requirements within an agile team.
• Experience partnering with architects and designers to shape solution specifications.
• Proficient in supporting Product to manage a backlog.

DevOps:

• Extensive automation experience and ability to architect and implement IaC and deployment pipelines.
• Familiar with tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and CNCF tools.

Delivery Leadership:

• Leadership experience in multi-disciplinary agile teams to design and build digital products.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in leading diverse and inclusive teams.

Cyber Security:

• Experience in architecting secure, cloud-based (AWS) applications, including CI/CD.
• Familiar with Zero Trust Architecture, SBD, OWASP, NIST, CIS, and NCSC baselines.
• Strong foundation across the cybersecurity technology stack.

Desirable:

• Prior experience working in agile delivery teams.
• Familiarity with the GDS Service Manual.
