Description of the Assignment: The primary objective of this consultancy assignment is to facilitate the seamless transition of the National Assembly (NA) towards a more digital environment by reviewing international best practices in e-Parliament instruments, modules, and protocols. The consultant will provide recommendations aimed at ensuring a smooth and effective transformation process while establishing a robust foundation for future digital advancements. Additionally, the consultant will engage in discussions with NA technical staff and leadership to identify, validate, and prioritize digital transformation initiatives aligned with the NA’s strategic vision and roadmap for reforms
