We source from local farmers, growers and producers and are proud to contribute to our local economy and environment.We achieved Gold accreditation against the Investors in People standard framework in 2023 in recognition of people management excellence and our commitment to investment in people.The Purpose of the role:This important role within the Group Business Transformation Team focuses on improving processes across the Henderson Group by introducing digital tools.Working closely with key users, the role will help develop and implement modern, efficient solutions that boost productivity and ensure accurate data is collected from the start.Working as Digital Transformation – Technical Coach you will:Strong knowledge of Productivity toolkitTechnical expertise in digital tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse & RPAProactively monitor evolving tools for new and relevant features and promote adoptionAct as subject expert for Digital super user communityDrive safe adoption of self serviceKnowledgeable escalation contacts for problem solvingConduct peer reviews for self-service apps & automationsUtilise external partners, forums & webinars to learn functionalityAssist with innovative prototype projects that can drive business valuePromote & coach technical best practice for Digital TransformationActively contribute to the development and refinement of best practices and standards within the low-code Centre of ExcellenceContinually push the boundaries to adopt modern effective techniquesDeliver training & coaching on approved digital tools to Super UsersStrongly promote consistently professional standardsWork closely with Pro-coders & understand key principlesDrive productivity through TransformationContinuously promote best practice through recommendations for effective ways of workingCoach & Support the business in the transition to digitally enhanced processes and a data driven cultureContinuously seek out & promote digital advancements to benefit the ever-changing business needsBlend automation tools together to achieve complex end to end process hyper automationBusiness Process Change & Project deliveryAssist with Root Cause analysis and requirements definition to produce requirements specificationAssist users to assess functional requirements against technology & data solutionsAssist with and encourage the development and execution of test scripts for UATWork as part of a project team as a low coder in a ‘hybrid’ development approachSkills for SuccessJoining us as Digital Transformation – Technical Coach the minimum criteria you’ll need is:Previous experience delivering successful business change and process improvement initiatives.Experience applying Microsoft 365 & Power Platform in a business environmentAbility to develop effective relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with commercial departmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to train Business stakeholders on self service technologiesFull UK/EU Driving License with access to your own carThe Attributes you’ll need include:Proven ability to teach, mentor, and share knowledge effectively, empowering others to grow and succeedPassionate and imaginative in rethinking and digitising everyday work tasksExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levelsHighly creative problem-solver with a track record of innovative thinkingAttentive and thoughtful listener, able to understand and respond to diverse needsStrong organisational and planning capabilities, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlinesIt is Desirable if you have:A third-level qualification in IT, Business, Business Analysis, or in a related field.Experience working to an agile methodology.Are we right for you?As part of this role, it will be important that you feel aligned with the values that we live and work by.Ambition – We always strive to be better.
