Position description
EFAA for SMEs is looking for an advisor/consultant with a keen interest in Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence policy development at EU and International level, who is a quick learner, able to understand technical matters and eager to contribute to EFAA’s mission and become a fully-integrated member of the team.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Support the Chair of the EFAA Digital Working Group: draft the agenda, identify relevant topics and high-level speakers for meetings;
- Coordinate the work of the DWG to draft replies to EU and International consultations;
- Develop articles for Latest from Brussels;
- With the support of the DWG experts draft a short guide;
- Contribute to the organization of a 90-minute webinar for EFAA members.
Qualifications
- Academic background in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Technology, Digital Transformation or Technology Management/or relevant professional experience;
- Good understanding of EU policy-making and influencing processes and strategies;
- Experience in advocacy towards the EU and with proven track record of policy and advocacy successes;
- Excellent command of oral and written English and of at least one other EU language;
- A real team player, proactive, communicative with a positive personality, a strong sense of responsibility and the drive to get things done together;
- Able to adapt to changing circumstances, resistant to stress;
- Capable networker, able to coordinate and find compromises.
