Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence Advisor/Consultant

Position description

EFAA for SMEs is looking for an advisor/consultant with a keen interest in Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence policy development at EU and International level, who is a quick learner, able to understand technical matters and eager to contribute to EFAA’s mission and become a fully-integrated member of the team.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Support the Chair of the EFAA Digital Working Group: draft the agenda, identify relevant topics and high-level speakers for meetings;
• Coordinate the work of the DWG to draft replies to EU and International consultations;
• Develop articles for Latest from Brussels;
• With the support of the DWG experts draft a short guide;
• Contribute to the organization of a 90-minute webinar for EFAA members.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Technology, Digital Transformation or Technology Management/or relevant professional experience;
• Good understanding of EU policy-making and influencing processes and strategies;
• Experience in advocacy towards the EU and with proven track record of policy and advocacy successes;
• Excellent command of oral and written English and of at least one other EU language;
• A real team player, proactive, communicative with a positive personality, a strong sense of responsibility and the drive to get things done together;
• Able to adapt to changing circumstances, resistant to stress;
• Capable networker, able to coordinate and find compromises.
