As a result our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.Job DescriptionAre you looking for a new challenge to grow your career?Following a number of successful project wins and increasing client satisfaction, we have secured several long term frameworks that support our growth strategy.As such we are currently seeking to hire a key strategic Director level role in our UK Infrastructure business that will take the lead in growing our relationships within the Yorkshire, Northeast region. This will include the cost and commercial leadership of major programmes in region.This position will require someone with experience of leading delivery of commissions working at strategic levels with our clients.This role is focussed on the north of England but may require UK wide travel on occasions. The preferred candidate would be within commuting distance of Leeds or Newcastle as a main base of operations with hybrid working in place.Qualifications

• Proven Cost / Commercial Management experience
• Preferably MRICS
• NEC3/4 contracts (in particular Option C – Target Cost)
• Pre contract including procurement and commercial strategy setting
• Post contract administration
• Estimating (desirable)
• Experience of working on Major Programmes and Projects
• Experience of working in the Infrastructure (Rail, aviation, utilities, power, highways)
• Experience in leading and managing teams
• Ability to lead development and delivery of client pursuit plans
• Ability to develop and grow client relationships across all levels of an organisation
• Previous experience managing commissions and bidding
