Director, Digital Strategy and Engagement

CU Boulder Advancement encourages applications for a Director of
Digital Strategy and Engagement! This role plays a significant role
in strategizing, leading and implementing the advancement divisions
digital strategy and engagement efforts among donors, alumni,
constituents and friends of the university.

This role is critical to the digital and engagement marketing
efforts for CU Boulder advancement, and more directly the
advancement marketing and communications team. This position
manages a team of three full time professionals and is responsible
for developing and implementing the overarching digital strategy
and engagement marketing efforts for the division.

Reporting to the executive director, advancement marketing and
communications, this position is tasked with developing industry
leading digital strategies and engagement programs, supervising the
marketing and communications tech stack, developing a comprehensive
marketing data analytics program, email marketing, CRM and web with
a goal of increasing engagement and philanthropic support to CU
Boulder.

This position will successfully navigate the substantial
complexity of working with various internal and external
constituents and balancing the needs of separate entities while
still fulfilling the strategic needs of the unit and the Office of
Advancement.
