Learn more at experianplc.com.Job DescriptionReporting into our Hear of Engineering you will be responsible to:

• Lead and scale engineering teams, mentoring talent and promoting a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Technical Design and deliver cloud-native solutions using large-scale, asynchronous compute workloads and data orchestration.
• Drive engineering best practices including test-driven development, CI/CD, and automated regression testing.
• Ensure delivery of UK&I product and software solutions, collaborating across business units for cross-functional alignment.
• Act as an escalation point for delivery challenges, removing blockers and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) through automation, simplification, and platform efficiency.
• Manage the Security Dashboard, ensuring vulnerabilities are addressed within acceptable risk thresholds.
• Use metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement, reduce technical debt, and enhance service quality.
• Contribute to UK&I revenue growth through cost-effective, high-quality engineering and agile delivery.
• Develop and implement rapid concept testing models and contribute to the long-term technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in software engineering, data science, or platform development.
• Proven leadership experience in building and mentoring engineering teams.
• Hands-on expertise in:

• AWS Cloud
• Full-stack development
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Cloud security best practices and FinOps
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or LeSS).
