Ensworth School is pleased to partner with CarterBaldwin Executive
Search to identify its Director of Institutional Advancement.
Located on two campuses in Nashville, TN, Ensworth is a private,
K-12, coeducational, independent school that promotes academic
excellence and inspires students to be intellectually curious, to
use their talents to the fullest, to be people of integrity, and to
be contributors to society.

Ensworth seeks a highly relational Director of Institutional
Advancement who will partner with the Head of School to establish
and execute the strategic priorities for fundraising, marketing
& communications, alumni relations, and community engagement.
Taking full advantage of Head of School Prentice Stabler’s
compelling vision, a new strategic plan, the school community’s
immense philanthropic capacity, and the board’s and leadership
team’s excitement about the future, the next Director of
Institutional Advancement will guide the school’s approach to the
next capital campaign, build on the amazing growth in the Ensworth
Fund, which has more than doubled over the last four years from
$1.1 million to $2.7 million and strategically plan for the growth
of the advancement team. In addition, he or she will partner with
the Director of Marketing and Communications to promote the
school’s mission, vision, and core values within and throughout the
community.
