A Director (or Associate Director) of Development Consultancy is sought by a leading real estate consultancy client that provides a diverse range of residential & mixed-use development advice throughout the UK and is expanding across the regions.

The Development Consultancy team undertakes high quality professional work including, but not limited to development consultancy, estate rationalisation, regeneration, viability, valuations, optimisation, and land agency.

The ideal candidate is required to possess:

• A track record within the Northwest residential/mixed-use development consultancy market.
• leadership and management skills,
• have strong development consultancy experience, including but not limited to land agency, viability, regeneration, valuation, and appraisals.
• Experience within business generation, project delivery and with a track record of fee generation etc.
