Director Strategic Partnerships and Fundraising for Homeless and Veterans Services

InteCare is seeking a full-time, salaried Director of Strategic Partnerships and Fundraising at its Indianapolis office who is passionate about helping veterans and individuals facing homelessness. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this key role involves creating and implementing engagement strategies, cultivating donor relationships and fundraising, and identifying grant and partnership opportunities. Responsibilities include managing donor and grant relationships, organizing fundraising events, and fostering a philanthropic culture within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or philanthropic studies, at least two years of relevant experience, and demonstrated success in non-profit development and grant acquisition. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. The position requires travel up to 60% in Central Indiana and proficiency in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.
