We currently have opportunities working in Ryde. This service operates 24×7. You will need to be available for coverage over a variety of morning, afternoon and overnight ‘waking shifts’.
We can consider local candidates to Ryde.
Your duties will include:
- Delivering personalised support in a group home setting by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication and manual handling
- Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent
- Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community
- Building positive relationships with our clients
- Transporting clients, using CPA minivan, if applicable
Requirements
- A current NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 minimum)
- Live locally to the Ryde Are

You will have comprehensive training throughout your orientation, with ongoing learning and development. This includes:
- Specialist training opportunities
- Buddy shifts with CPA’s experienced Disability Support Workers
- Opportunity to complete a nationally recognised qualification such as Certificate III in Individual Support and/or a Certificate IV in Disability.
- We invest $5,000 in training in your first year
