EMBARK NOW on a deeply rewarding journey as a Support Worker in our Lifestyles team and experience the satisfaction from seeing your clients overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and thrive in the community. In these outreach and community-based one-on-one roles you’ll have the opportunity to directly engage with clients in their environment by providing hands-on support, as well as providing respite services for clients and their families in their own homes.
We currently have a unique Floater position available across the Northern Beaches and lower North Shore. This casual role is day shifts, but your work will change day to day depending on client and program requirements. You might travel to a client’s home to assist them with their morning routine, drive clients to our day centres to enjoy activities together, or support clients to get their errands done!

Requirements:
- Professional or life experience in a similar role preferred
- A current NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 minimum), access to a car and fully comprehensive insurance
- Live locally to the locations mentioned above
