We currently have positions across our Northern Beaches Region in Sydney including Cromer, Belrose, Mona Vale, Narraweena and Frenchs Forest.

You will have comprehensive training throughout your orientation, with ongoing learning and development. We invest $5,000 in training in your first year
This includes:
- Specialist training opportunities
- Buddy shifts with CPA’s experienced Disability Support Workers
Your duties will include:
- Delivering personalised support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administrating medication, manual handling etc
- Motivating clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent
- Transporting clients in our wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars
Requirements:
- Professional or life experience preferred however your can-do attitude is key!
- A current NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 minimum)
- Local to Northern Beaches areas, in particular suburbs listed above
