Are you a skilled Dispensing Optician seeking a new opportunity? We have an exciting Dispensing Optician position in Reading, Berkshire, available with a leading Optical/Audiology Company. As a Dispensing Optician with our client, you’ll be expected to
- Provide expert advice to customers on lens choice and frames
- Conduct pre-screening tests, including retinal photography and visual field tests
- Manage customer orders, including fitting, adjusting, and delivery
- Work closely with the optical team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Keep abreast of industry developments and new products
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with administrative tasks as needed
