Disposal of Used Vehicle through Sale

UNDP Lesotho invites bids for the sale of a used vehicle:

The vehicle will be sold on an “as is – where is” basis, with UNDP reserving the right to reject any bids.

Viewing Schedule: 06-09 May 2024, 9:00am to 12:00pm. To schedule, email ls.procurement@undp.org at least one day in advance.

Location: UN House Vehicle Parking

Submission of Bids: Utilize the bid submission form to submit your bid. The template can be requested by emailing ls.procurement@undp.org. Submissions should be made at the UN House Reception, deposited in a tender box marked “UNDP SGP Vehicle,” not later than Monday, 13 May 2024, at 2:30 PM.

Bid Opening: Bids will be opened on 13 May 2024, 4:00pm in the UNDP Conference Hall, in the presence of UNDP representatives and bidders. Bidders’ presence is not mandatory for award validity. Bidders and bid amounts will be disclosed.

Award: The highest bidder will be awarded.

Payment to UNDP: The winning bidder will be emailed with payment instructions. Payment must be made within 7 working days of bid opening and award notification. Failure to honor the bid within one week may result in acceptance of the second-highest bid.

Taxes: Successful bidder must fulfill any applicable tax obligations to the revenue authority.

Other Costs: The winning bidder is responsible for local registration, shipping, or delivery of the vehicle to the intended location and other post-payment expenses.
